Noun clause dalam pertanyaan artinya klausa yang menggunakan kata-kata seperti when, where, how, who, whom, whose, what, dan which. Lalu kata pertanyaan ini dapat diikuti oleh infinitives. Infinitives sendiri merupakan bentuk dasar dari kata kerja.

Rumusnya adalah to + verb 1.
